Administrative Assistant

Kamloops Alliance Church is hiring a full time (32 hours per week) administrative assistant to join our team and support our ministries and volunteers to make Jesus known in our community. About this role:  The Administrative Assistant works in a collaborative and empowering environment where team work and creativity are valued. The Administrative Assistant performs core administrative duties in a cross functional environment, as part of an efficient team, supporting the administrative and Ministry portfolios.

What you bring: A proven system that allows you to be organized, stay on task, and change priorities as necessary; a detailed oriented personality, with the ability to solve problems and find solutions; ability to initiate and collaborate; excellent computer skills and abilities with MS Office, SharePoint, Email and Databases.
