A COUNTRY GOSPEL CHRISTMAS

Weykt!
Tansi! ⁣

The Indigenous Connections Team at Kamloops Alliance Church invites you to “A Country Gospel Christmas” on November 26th.⁣

This is a free event to celebrate the Christmas season through song, story, and a Christmas message from Woodland Cree Elder, Norman McCallum.⁣

We are delighted to welcome Yvonne St. Germaine to play at this event. Yvonne is a 14-time Aboriginal Award winner who will perform some Christmas favourites, as well as some of her other award-winning work. Check out her website HERE

  • Doors will open at 6:30pm and the event will begin at 7:00pm.

  • Join us after the program for refreshments, we will serve Indigenously sourced coffee, tea, and locally made bannock.⁣

  • The evening will end around 9:30pm.⁣

This will be a great way to start off the Christmas season, so please pass it along to your family and friends!⁣

A few more details: ⁣

  • There will be no childcare provided for this event. ⁣

  • As this is a “worship event” there will not be a requirement to show a vaccine card. However, masks will be mandatory throughout the duration of the event.  There will be a physically distanced section available and multiple hand sanitization stations.

We look forward to seeing you on November 26th! ⁣
